in Downtown Edinboro
Course: 1 Mile loop. Course begins on Chestnut Street beside the
Edinboro Hotel. Runners and walkers will then merge onto Maple Street, merge
onto Sunset Street merge back onto Chestnut Street and finish in front of
the Edinboro
Hotel. Course is completely closed to
traffic.
Registration:
Day of race sign-up and packet pick-up for pre-registered runners
will
begin at 5:00 P.M. in front of the Edinboro sign on Rt. 99 in downtown
Edinboro.
Awards: $25.00 will be
awarded to the first place male and female.
Prize money will be doubled ($50.00) if they are wearing a kilt! Kilts need not be authentic, let your
imagination go wild. Age group awards
to
the top three males and females in categories starting with 4 and under,
5-6,
7-8, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14,15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80
and
over.
Race
Premium:
The race premium is a top quality .Kilted Mile Run. T-shirt. You must pre-register to be guaranteed a
shirt on race day. Deadline to
pre-register is Friday, May 9, 2008.
